Gratitude and Self Care


The best part about teaching mindfulness is showing gratitude. My corporate yoga class is coming to an end for this season. I am beyond thankful for all those who have attended and continue to support Jaiona’s Yoga Closet. With the holidays fast approaching I want to remind everyone to take care of themselves. To be the best version of yourself means self acceptance and self care. Yoga is not just about the physical postures you can get your body in, over time it becomes about connecting mind, body and soul. So in each bag is my recipe for self care, this includes a nice soak surrounded by great scents. Allow yourself to relax, regroup and reconnect. You will thank me later. Thanks for an amazing 2016.
