As we round out the weekend and get ready for our work week, here is a quick stretch that you can do at your desk throughout the week to relieve stress.

While seated at your desk, stretch your arms out in front of you.  Interlock the fingers and turn the palms facing outward.  Slowly bring the arms overhead.  On the inhale slowly began to lean toward the right and on the exhale come back to center.  Release the palms and allow the arms to slowly come back down toward the sides (neutral).  Take a series of 2-4 deep inhales and exhales while in neutral.  Then repeat.
