This is for avid tea lovers, detoxers and the adventurous. I personally use this mix two to three times a week. It provides a burst of energy as well as get the digestive system moving. My recipe is one half a teaspoon of cinnamon, one-fourth teaspoon of ginger and a pinch of turmeric. Add to a cup of steaming hot water and sweetener of your choice.
